About Me

Hi, I’m Jane.

I live in Seattle, where misty mornings, evergreen trees, and strong coffee are part of everyday life. Over the last few years, I’ve found myself drawn toward a slower, more intentional way of living. I value quality over quantity, simplicity over excess, and timeless style over passing trends.

This space is where I document that journey.

Like many people, I spent years buying things that were trendy, convenient, or just “good enough.” But eventually I started asking different questions:

  • Will this still feel like me in five years?
  • Was this made well?
  • Do I actually love it, or is it just popular right now?

Those questions slowly changed the way I shop, dress, decorate my home, and spend my time.

Now, I’m focused on building a wardrobe and lifestyle that feels calm, functional, and lasting. You’ll find posts here about timeless clothing, thoughtful purchases, slow living, and the small rituals that make everyday life more meaningful.

Living in Seattle has shaped a lot of my perspective. Our city is naturally a little slower, a little quieter, and deeply connected to nature. It reminds me often that life doesn’t have to move at full speed to be fulfilling.

This blog isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning as I go. It’s about choosing better pieces, creating a home I love, and appreciating the beauty of a simple, well-lived life.

If you’re also trying to buy less but buy better, find your personal style, and live a little more intentionally, you’re in the right place.

Thanks for being here.
